Tuguegarao Airport is an airport serving the general area of Tuguegarao City in the province of Cagayan, with flights to Manila and regional destinations.

Tuguegarao Airport is situated along Maharlika Highway in Barangay Pengue-Ruyu, approximately 4 km from downtown Tuguegarao. Travel from the city center takes around 13 minutes by car with light traffic.

The airport is classified as a major commercial domestic airport by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), a body of the DOTr responsible for implementing policies on civil aviation to assure safe, economic and efficient air travel.

The airport has a single runway 17/35 with a length of 1,965 meters (6,447 ft) and a width of 45 meters (148 ft), surfaced with concrete suitable for regional jets and turboprops.

• Terminal Building: 1,100 sqm single-story terminal with check-in, baggage claim, waiting areas; Phase 2 expansion includes second floor and additional check-in counters, targeted for 2027 completion.
• Apron and Ground Operations: Concrete apron supports simultaneous aircraft ground handling; taxiway equipped with markers and visual docking guidance.
• Passenger Services: Basic amenities include restrooms, limited retail, office space for CAAP staff; nearby hotels, restaurants, and banks are accessible within the town proper.
