The Philippines has several official ports of entry where international travelers can legally enter the country.

The primary port of entry is Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) in the capital city of Manila.

The airport has four terminals that cater to both international and domestic flights:

• Terminal 1: Primary international airport terminal in Manila serving majority of the international airlines.
• Terminal 2: Used for both international and domestic flights of Philippine Airlines.
• Terminal 3: Carries all flights operated by Cebu Pacific Air, PAL Express, Philippines AirAsia and international airlines such as All Nippon Airways, Cathay Pacific Airways, Delta Air Lines, Emirates, Etihad Airways, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Qantas Airways, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Turkish Airlines, and United Airlines.
• Terminal 4: Hosts domestic flights of Philippine Air Asia, CebGo, SkyJet and AirSWIFT.

Luzon

• Clark International Airport (CRK)
  • Location: Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
  • Currently serves both domestic and flights to various international destinations including Busan, Dubai, Taipei-Taoyuan, Yangyang, Seoul-Incheon, Singapore, Doha and Muan. The airport also serves chartered flights.
• Puerto Princesa International Airport (PPS)
