Cauayan Airport is an airport serving the general area of Cauayan City in the province of Isabela, offering flights mainly to Manila and select regional destinations.

Cauayan Airport is located in Barangay San Fermin, approximately 2.6 km (1.6 miles) from Cauayan city center, with an elevation of approximately 61 meters (200 feet) above sea level. It takes about 6 minutes to reach the airport under normal traffic conditions.

The airport is classified as a community or feeder airport by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), a body of the DOTr responsible for the regulation and oversight of civil aviation in the country.

The airport has a single asphalt runway oriented at 12/30, with a reported length of 2,096 meters (6,875 feet), primarily used for light domestic and charter aircraft.

Cauayan Airport was originally constructed in 1952, and reopened to commercial flights on August 15, 2008, after nearly a decade without operations.

The airport has undergone renovations and is night-rated, allowing landings and takeoffs during nighttime.
