Catarman is the oldest municipality in Camiguin Island, known for its rich history, natural attractions, and coastal location.

Catarman is one of five municipalities that comprise the province of Camiguin in Northern Mindanao. The town is politically subdivided into (14) barangays, and is a part of the Lone Congressional District of Camiguin.
