This trail usually starts near Bonbon National High School along Bonbon Sudlon Road. It traverses the Mananga River and runs through the Padidit Trail.

This trail begins in the valley, immediately transitioning into a steep climb. The path is characterized by a rough, primitive jungle trail that winds through dense tropical rainforest, often involving navigating over exposed tree roots and slippery, muddy slopes.

The trail provides continuous, deep shade due to the thick forest canopy. From the summit, hikers are rewarded with a breathtaking vista of the entire Cebu City metro area, the coastal plain, and the Mactan Channel, contrasting the lush mountain wilderness with the urban sprawl below.

You would like to register too for monitoring. It usually ends at the White Rock where you can enjoy the view of nature. In addition, this location is home to a variety of trekking trails so you can customize your trail to your liking.

If you are looking for an easy and refreshing trail around Cebu City, this one might be for you. This trail usually starts near Tabunan Barangay Hall and travels thru the Lusaran River before reaching the Gining Falls.

The combination of trees and water is definitely a nice break from the busy streets of the city.

Distance: 30.9 km Estimated Time: 10.5–11.5 hr
 

The trail traverses a remote, high-altitude region of Cebu, connecting the mountain village of Sunog with the scenic Malubog Lake area. The path is a rugged mix of unpaved rural roads and off-road sections that wind through the mountainous landscape.

Be prepared for several steep climbs. The route involves river crossings. This route offers a unique glimpse into the rugged interior of the island.

One of the recommended trails for amateur hikers, this trail usually starts near Baguio de Cebu Eco-Mountain Park Adventure.

You will be able to pass by Ramon Magsaysay Historical Marker and will be able to climb some huge rocks at the summit. It is encouraged to register at the barangay hall and hire a guide before your hike.

One of the most popular hiking destinations in Balamban, Mount Mauyog offers a magnificent view of the peak with its unique beauty. This climb requires endurance as it features some narrow and steep roads uphill. The rock formation on top will give you a spectacular view of the greens below and above, and the vast forest surrounding it, and you will feel the cool breeze that it offers.

This trail in Pamutan is not an ordinary one because events like the Pamutan Enduro Fun Race and other local events like Spartan Race near Cebu City were held in this location. The trail features a well- maintained environment and a nicely curved ups and downs throughout your way. Since there are numbers of trails near the area, you can try to visit them too. There is also Buhisan Watershed Forest Reserve if you want to experience a forest environment and breath fresh air.

This trail usually starts near Campo 4 BArangay Hall along Toledo-Tabunok Road and traverses the Mananga River. The Bocaue Falls (Campo Cuatro) is also nearby this trail where you can enjoy a refreshing ambiance of nature. It has many steeply angled slopes recommended for experienced mountain hikers.

If you are looking for a trail for a quick break around the city, this one might be for you. This trail usually starts near Dr. Emilio Osmena Sr Elementary - High School along Buot -Taop Road. It traverses the Mananga River at the beginning of the route then mostly uphill towards the relaxing view of the summit.

This trail is well- known to locals and always part of the itinerary for tourists. This garden started by a couple for their residence but people seem to love it and became a tourist destination in Cebu City. It as an entrance fee of Php 100 and cottages are available in the area. A miniature windmill plus a vast extent of different flower species make it stand out.
