Set as a part of the Banahaw Complex with Mount Banahaw and Mount Cristobal, Banahao de Lucban Trail begins at PTT Gasoline Station along Quezon Avenue. This trail has steep areas and several rolling uphill features that are recommended for experienced mountain seekers. There's a local saying that it rains in the mountain if someone climbs Banahaw de Lucban.

Banahao de Lucban is situated in the highland town of Lucban in the province of Quezon and it is also close to Mount Banahaw and San Cristobal Protected Landscape. The hike starts near Paaralang Elementarya ng Lucban along Armando Racellis Avenue. This is a well- known trail to mountaineers because of its rich flora and fauna plus the vast number of canopies along the summit. There are other things to do near Lucban like skim boarding and surfing near Baler.

Tres Pico Waterfall is next to Kinabuhayan and is located in Province of Quezon, Calabarzon, Philippines. This trail usually starts at Cristobal jump off near the Kinabuhayan Elementary School. Some trekkers who come from the northern part of the trail may start near Nagcarlan. Aside from this waterfall, this protected landscape has so many trails going to the summit of Mount Banahaw and you may explore it based on your liking.

Distance: 15.8 km Estimated Time: 5–5.5 hr
 
If you want to experience not just one, but so many trails in the area, this one is recommended to you. It usually starts nearby Plaridel Elementary School and ends at the Tres Pico Waterfall Campsite in Taytay, Rizal. If you want to continue further, near the endpoint is the Mount Banahaw and San Cristobal summit and on thw west side end of the trail is the Tayak Hill. Be sure to gear up when you do this trail.

If you are looking for trails that are near the national road or trails that just need a quick trekking, this one is recommended for you. Aside from its proximity from the road, you can hit 2 birds in one stone. You'll be able to visit the Kinabuhayan Campsite, which is only a few meters from the basketball court and also the well- known Yapak ni Hesus. There are some resources available online if you also want to discover the Kinabuhayan Cave.
