The Kaybiang Tunnel was used in the year 2013, and it was said to be the longest road tunnel in the Philippines as of this time. It is a 300 meter long tunnel and it connects the places of Ternate Cavite and Nasugbu Batangas. It is a usual stopover for bikers and other tourists who want to take a picture and enjoy the beauty of nature. A scenic view of the ocean and its vantage points are also spots where tourists stop for picture taking and buko (coconut) break.

This route usually starts close to Poniente Farm along Talipusngo to Nuestra Bela Paz Track and ends at Mount Mataas na Gulod. If you are looking for a quick hike that is just a few hours away from the metro, this one is for you. This mountain is surrounded by numerous hiking destinations that you can choose from according to your preference.

Distance: 7.9 km Estimated Time: 2-2.5 hr
 

This trail is located nearby De Leon Barangay Hall found in Maragondon. The trail's starting point is at the Barangay Hall where you will be able to park your vehicles. It is also nice to register and inform the Barangay about your hike.

It ends at Mount Pregnant where you can enjoy the view of nature and the cool breeze. In addition, this province is home to a variety of trekking trails so you can customize your trail to your liking.

Distance: 19.6 km Estimated Time: 6–7 hr
 
There are several jump-off sites for this beautiful trail; Brgy. Ramirez, Magallanes Cavite and Brgy. Talipusngo Maragondon. It is the counterpart of the very well-known Pico de Loro in Batangas City but its trails are less traveled with only the experienced ones coming to trek through them. You need to register for your hike and all the briefing would happen in Barangay Poblacion 2B. If you don't know the place and plan to camp out overnight, you may need a guide, but they need to be paid....

Distance: 21.9 km Estimated Time: 7–7.5 hr
 
Accessible via Ternate - Nasugbu Road, this hike usually starts near FAFI Bus Station and ends at Mount Kalanggaman. It is characterized by steep uphill areas recommended for experienced mountain hikers. The summit will give you a majestic view of the mountain and its surroundings. It is highly encouraged that you hire a guide before the start of your climb.

Distance: 15.4 km Estimated Time: 5.5-6.5 hr
 

There are two jump-off sites for this beautiful trail; Brgy. Ramirez, Magallanes Cavite and Brgy. Talipusngo Maragondon. You need to ride a trike from the jump-off site to Barangay Ramirez where you need to register your hike and all the briefing would happen.

If you don't know the place and you're planning to camp out overnight, you may need I guide but they need to be paid. The experience will be worth it when you reach the peak before the sun sets.

Batangas is really blessed with both wonderful beaches and amazing hiking destinations. One of these is this trail that usually begins at Mount Marami Talipusngo Jump-off along National Road 406 and ends at the summit of Mount Marami. It is close to several hiking trails which makes the province a mountain haven that is just a few hours from the metro.

There are several jump-off sites to this beautiful trail; Marami-Pico Junction jump off and Brgy. Ramirez. You need to ride a trike from the jump-off site to Barangay Ramirez where you need to register your hike and all the briefing would happen. If you don't know the place and you're planning to camp out overnight, you may need a guide but they need to be paid. The experience will be worth it when you reach the peak before the sun sets. Distance: 14 km Estimated Time: 5–5.5 hr
 
Known as the counterpart of Pico De Loro, this trail to Mount Marami offers not just breathtaking up-and-down features but also a splendid view from the summit. It is situated in Barangay Maragondon, Magallanes in Cavite. There are many jump-off points, including Mount Marami Southface Jump-off and another one in Barangay Ramirez. It is recommended that you contact the barangay before doing your hike. There is a campsite (Mataas na Gulod Campsite) along the trail where you can stay overnight.

This trail also traverses the way going to Pico De Loro and just an additional few meters for the picturesque Parrot's Beak. A steep rock formation above an inactive volcano with a view of the conserved landscape. The view from the rock formation top will really amaze you and don't forget to stage a nice pose for your next profile picture. You have to coordinate with the municipality/Pico De Loro Management on its availability too.

Distance: 9 km Estimated Time: 4-4.5 hr
 

This trail also traverses the way going to Pico De Loro and just an additional few meters to the picturesque Pico de Loro peak. A steep rock formation above an inactive volcano with a view of the conserved landscape.

The view from the rock formation top will really amaze you and don't forget to stage a nice pose for your next profile picture. You have to coordinate with the municipality/Pico De Loro Management on its availability too.
