Bon Bon Beach is a secluded beach on Romblon Island known for its iconic sandbar that stretches out to the uninhabited Bang-og Island during low tide.
Also spelled as Bonbon Beach, it was recently ranked as the 38th best beach in the world for 2025 by “The World's 50 Best Beaches”.
The sandbar features a long, winding stretch of powdery white sand that becomes fully visible and walkable during low tide.
Unlike more commercialized beaches, it remains largely undeveloped with no resorts, cottages, or electricity on the shore, offering a peaceful, secluded and raw tropical experience.
The beach is surrounded by exceptionally clear turquoise waters, ideal for swimming and photography.
Because Romblon is off the typical tourist track, visitors can expect low crowd levels and often find large sections of the beach entirely to themselves.
Since there are no commercial facilities, guests are advised to bring their own food, water, sunscreen, and a beach mat or tent for shade.
