Mira Hills is the highest geographical point in the Vigan poblacion, historically known as the Filipino-Spanish Friendship Park that has served as a peaceful, tree-shaded public retreat for decades.

Located in Barangay Pagburnayan just a short distance from the famous pottery factories, this municipal ecological park recently underwent a massive modern transformation.

The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur completely redeveloped the site into the brand-new Mira Hills – ONE Ilocos Sur Waterpark, which officially opened to the public on March 28, 2026.
